HOW IT BEGAN

Ecotourism for all.

Stay Wilder began with a realization: that it should be EASIER to travel sustainably.

Tired of booking hotels, resorts and B&Bs that damaged the local community and the planet, our founders sought to change things.

With a desire to create experiences that could inspire the masses to travel consciously, we chose glamping as means to make ecotourism available for as many people as possible.

Stay Wilder began with a realization: that it should be EASIER to travel sustainably.

Planet-passionate people with decades of resort experience.

We bring deep industry experience with a commitment to do much better than the travel industry has done previously. We know we won’t get it all right but we are lifelong learners and we know that together we are stronger, together we are smarter, and together we can build a community of impact.

Stay Wilder is about making an impact in eco-travel, nourishing our human need to connect with the natural world, and staying off-grid in structures designed to let us experience the heart of nature.
